Math Prob Set
Since most of you guys have the solutions, it will be useless for those who lost their prob set. 😛

Physics questions for those 3rdEd people.
2.) A child in a boat throws a 5.40-kg package out horizontally with a speed of 10.0m/s. Calculate the velocity of the boat immediately after, assuming it was initially at rest. The mass of the child is 26.0kg and that of the boat is 55.0kg.
6.) A 9500-kg boxcar traveling at 16m/s strikes a second car. The two stick together and move off with a speed of 6.0m/s. What is the mass of the second car?
11.) A 13-g bullet traveling 230m/s penetrates a 2.0-kg block of wood and emerges going 170m/s. If the block is stationary on a frictionless surface when hit, how fast does it move after the bullet emerges? Answer: 0.39m/s
